The Asus ExpertBook B5 B5402C and Asus ExpertBook B5 Flip B5402F 2-in-1 hybrid tablet converter are new 14-inch Ultrabooks running Windows 11 with an Intel Tiger Lake 28W processor, SSD storage, Wi-Fi ax, USB-C Thunderbolt 4 and dual biometric authentication, all for 12 hours of battery life.

L'Asus ExpertBook B5 B5402C is a new Ultrabook oriented professionals robust, with its compliance with the MIL-STD-810H.

It is supplied with 2 biometric authentication options via Windows Hello: a infrared webcam (facial recognition) and a fingerprint reader housed inside the power button.

As standard, it is equipped with a 720p HD webcam with microphone and sliding physical cover to protect privacy2 speakers and a splash-resistant chiclet keyboard (1.5mm stroke) with optional backlight and functionality NumPad.

NumberPad transforms the touchpad into a tactile numeric keypad for easy number entry.

The laptop that weighs 1.25 Kg and measures 323.4 x 223.1 x 17.9-.18 mm offers a 12-hour autonomy under Windows 11 (Pro) with its 3-cell 63Whr Li-Ion battery. The 50% battery can be recharged in just 39 minutes.

The new Asus ExpertBook B5 B5402C is built around a low-power Intel processor Tiger Lake at 28W TDP higher than the standard 15W for greater performance, Quad Core i5-1155G7 (2.5 GHz) or Quad Core i7-1195G7 (2.9 GHz), both of which house a graphics solution Iris Xe that we have tested.


The Tiger Lake is combined with up to 48GB DDR4 3200MHz RAM (8/16GB soldered + 1 slot) and a dual M.2 NVMe SSD storage slots PCIe 3.0 from 256 GB to 1 TB for a maximum of 2 x 1 TB with support RAID 0/1.


On the display side, a 14-inch IPS Full HD screen (1920×1080) anti-glare or 45% NTSC 250cd/m², or 100% sRGB 400cd/m² with low-energy option.
